Parkinson's CAN Dance
BalletBoyz has been offering bespoke dance classes for people with Parkinson's since 2015.
In these weekly sessions participants can explore and enjoy dance and live music in a supportive and creative environment, led by specialist teachers and musicians. No previous dance experience is required and carers, friends and partners are welcome to attend for free.
Supplementing the weekly Parkinson’s CAN Dance classes, regular cultural activities take place, which include the unique opportunity to watch BalletBoyz rehearse in the studios, seeing live dance performances at theatres including the Royal Opera House and Kingston’s Rose Theatre, and cinema trips to watch BalletBoyz on the big screen!

Other Resources
As well as our weekly classes we have created a website and a DVD designed for you to enjoy our classes from home. Both resources are packed with a combination of fun and joyful dance exercises, broken down into three manageable classes and creatively designed so that you can enjoy dancing safely and freely, whilst at home.
