The classes feature both seated and standing exercises, specially designed and taught by BalletBoyz Parkinson’s CAN Dance teachers, Rebecca Trevitt and Annie Breckell, who break down each sequence step-by-step, and then dance with you to musical accompaniment by BalletBoyz PCD musicians.
